Please help us find what happened to Charlie D, a member of this forum. We need to find out who was on the Bay of Quinte in the area near the mouth of the Trent River and the Dufferin St boat launch, on Tuesday November 19th 2013.
Below is a picture of Charlie. If you were out on the water that day please come forward with any information no matter how small. Contact the Trenton OPP right away! We have very little information and we need any detail to help find out what happened to him.
