I love to ice fish and I’m currently getting psyched for a new season on the hard water. I go to quinte a lot for walleye with mixed success.
I would really like to know more good spots for both crappie and large perch on the back lakes near Kingston. Any guidance about where and when would be appreciated. Shoot me a p.m. if you like.

I hear you - I would like to find the same info, esp. when I am stinking at icing 'eyes, I usually prefer perch to keep me awake! I am new to Kingston myself, and the only back lakes I know that hold nice perch are South lake and 5th depot, but I know many other lakes have perch but size and numbers are in question. Dog lake has crappies, but it is a huge lake and I do not know where to start. If you are willing to travel, BOQ holds jumbo perch in many places, just follow this board and you will get an idea of where they are biting.
