Just wondering who is suffering power outage, and how you're coping.

I'm near Little Lake between Brighton and Colborne, and it has been out here since about 5:00 this morning.

I am between Brighton and Carrying Place and mine was out from 4 AM until about 8 AM, Hydro was on the ball and driving up and down our road sense 7:00 AM and got er patched up (great job guys) I filled a few Rubbermaid bins with water yesterday before the storm for flushing toilets and bought gas for the generator but didn't need to fire it up for that short of time. Hope your hooked up soon.

Thanks for the offer furious ...power is back on here now.

Just got finished hot wiring the furnace to the generator, roast beef on the smoker, lights all rigged up, had the bath tubs full of water for toilet flushing, found batteries for all the flashlights.....

Then with a beep of the microwave it was back.

Kind of disappointed, but I better I better not complain....lol

Power out since 3:30 pm yesterday in the west lake area. Thankfully we have a generator. They are saying we won't have power till 4pm tomorrow.

If you know anyone in this area, I would be happy to check in on them, or to bring them here. Let me know my cell is 613-848-4213.

Am in Kingston, have power but lights did flicker a few times, making the hair in the back of my neck rise!

Had no power for about 26 hours in Oshawa. It came back on around 5am today and hoping it stays that way. A buddy is in Scarborough and is still without power. Was told it could be another day or two for him before power is restored. :(

Well, power went out again about noon yesterday, and is still out...

Should have asked Santa for a bigger generator so I could run the furnace and the coffee maker at the same time...

Oh well could be worse.

Merry Christmas everyone!!!!
