Trip this weekend

Hello everyone myself and three friends are thinking about coming from Barrie to try and land some quinte gold and was just wondering if some of lucky ones who are able to fish during the week could let me know how the ice is at big island and county shores.I know it's thick ice would just like to know if all the topwater is frozen or going to be by this weekend for those of you that reply GREATLY appriciate it

I'm out on the bay right now, Belleville area, was wet coming out but its freezing up now. Should be a dry ride in for a change. No fish either! By the weekend it should be back to normal.
