Was able to tag along with Hay Bay Larry, on Tuesday evening for about three hours. Trolled and drifted over by the Pig Farm on south side for a about an hour.
Drifted to drift from southeast point of Ram Is towards south shore and noticed the bait fish breaking the surface. Figured someting might be causing them to break the surface.
Headed over between the Grass Is and the Boathouse Pt, started casting lures as they were breaking the surface alla round the boat.
We tried about fifteen different lures for about an hour and finally gave up as we couldn't attract anything.
The are a LOT of baitfish in HUGE schools all over Hay Bay - sort of a Buffet Lunch for the fish.
