Has anyone been out to county shores at all this week? My dad and I are planning on heading out there a little bit later on this morning and just wondering what the ice was like? (and if its questionable off to wager's we go!)

Any advice would be helpful!

Did you end up going to County and what time did you get on the ice?

Just got back , marked 1 fish all afternoon and was on the ice by 2.. big skunk....Roaster marked 1 as well, a perch and he iced it... Lots of drifts on the ice made for hard pulling the huts. Good scoops of minnows at the store!!!

Got onto the ice by noon, out near the marker and that wind was something! Like Tylercurt- notta- saw a few moving through, but no takers. If the wife will let me I am hoping to head out to Big Island next sunday pending good weather. Driving in from peterborough yesterday was a little white knuckle.maybe next weekend will fare better- stop by the orange hut and feel free to say hi!

I'd love to, however I am down in Mississauga Friday night for a concert and won't be back to Peterborough until sometime late Saturday afternoon- though with luck (and wife's permission) I will hopefully make it out fishing Sunday. Hoping Wager's will be better than County Shores. --> where are the eyes :?
