Hey guys, looking at a trip down to wellers tomorrow (monday) morning, but wondering if I'll be able to run my quad? Anybody able to comment? Coming from lindsay, long drive to get stuck 100 feet from shore!

Glad to offer any tips or info on simcoe, fish out of beaverton 1-2 times a week, trout and perch.

from what I was told by a guide on Friday if you don't have tracks or a sled it pretty tough getting around....snow is knee deep and waist deep drifts .

Good luck if you make it out.....

The rain last night knocked the snow down quite a bit from what it was. You can get a quad around in Trenton now. Can't comment on Wellers but the two are pretty close. Just watch out for drifts.

Same here... the drifts swallowed my quad on Friday at bayside 50 feet off shore. Its going to be very slushy under it all now too so I'm keeping the bike home and getting the skidoo fixed ASAP lol

Thanks guys, decided to make the trip and glad I did - travel conditions are awesome with only a few inches of snow and lots of bare ice. Its a beautiful sunny day out here, now all I need are a couple fish...
