Quinte Fishing

I didn't make it up to the Bay this weekend due to some medical issues at home but my parents and a friend of theirs went instead.

They were specifically targetting Bass and did quite well. They ended up with 12 bass between 2 - 4.5 lbs. 5 Smallies and 7 largies. Most were caught in Deseronto with a few off the dock at Bayview Resort. Some other notables were a 10 lb Channel Cat and a 15 lb Pike! The pike was also caught off the dock at Bayview. They also had a few bass around 4 lbs lost at the boat. They had 2 slot sized Walleyes also. I WILL be up this coming weekend! They were using live minnows by the way.

Thanks for the well wishes Pauly. It was actually Joanne's back that had her laid up for the last 2 weeks but we should be able to make it up this coming weekend. Nice 'Ski! I'm thinking of taking a weekend and targetting them maybe next month with a bunch of guys from Ottawa from "another" board. Hope to see you soon. Take care.
