Quinte Fishing

Hit Shabomeka Lake today. Set up in 30-40 fow and iced some decent lakers in the morning. Afternoon slowed down so we fired up the BBQ and had some venny sausage. Packed up and moved to a different spot in search of a little deeper water. Settled in on a point at the east end of the lake in 50 fow. Only about 50' off shore. Ended the night with some more lakers. All in we caught 17. 14 of which were stocked fish. Sizes ranged from half a pound to 3 pounds.

Certainly was a nice day to have been out, just wish I could have made it out there as well. Joys of being a one car family and the wife has it! Oh well. Great catch!
