Quinte Fishing

Hi I wanted to fish lake Consecon and was wondering if there is a public launch. I noticed that alot of the resorts close around now and the lauches get scarce.
Is the lake water from lake Ontario or does it floew out to the lake?
Curious minds want to know.

I beleave it flows out of Consicon into wellers bay at the dam off 33, near caryingplace. There are two launchs, both at the campgrouds one at the resort off county road # 1 the other is about a mile past the first you make a left at the first road on your left, can,t recall the name. Both will allow you to launch for a fee but they may have their docks out, usually after thanksgiving, it can get tricky if the wind is blowing. Haven,t been back there for years, use to frequent quite alot when I lived in T.O.now in Kingston there are too many superior lakes in my backyard to make the drive. Hope this helps, good luck
