anyone managed to get out to Wellington lately? Havent been able to make it out to check. Anyone catching fish there yet? how is the ice on the pier?

I know of 6 boat trips already and no browns. Heard of one laker caught.

Will be slow until water temps get up there around 38.
Just got back from the beach and check with a guy that just came in. Said it was 33.5 F off West Point.

Agree with Al on water temps if have yet to catch any until water reaches at least 38. Out on Wed and nothing and water temp in front of Wellington is around 35 to 36

Saw a boat at the Outlet Beach this afternoon, still lots of ice along the shore.

Hope we can solve the Wellington area tomorrow.
