CAME BACK TO QUINTE FOR A VISIT, STAYED AT SUNSET CABINS AS USUAL, GREAT PEOPLE, BIG HEARTS..... WELL AFTER FISHING TILL 11 PM ON FRIDAY WE WENT TO SLEEP LEFT OUR TACKLE IN THE BOAT BESIDE COTTAGE UNDER A BIG LIGHT AND TWO HOURS LATER ALL EQUIPMENT GONE IN EVERY BOAT THERE. FOUND OUT HAY BAY GOT HIT BIG ISLAND GOT HIT THE REACH GOT HIT ALL HIGH END STUFF LEAVE THE CHEAPER STUFF LOL NO MARKET FOR THAT. THEORY IS THEY COME BY BOAT BUT FROM WHERE LOL.......... SO WATCH YOUR STUFF I TRUSTED EVERYONE FOR YEARS HERE BUT NOT NOW... THIS IS AFTER MY GARAGE GOT BROKEN INTO THIS WINTER. IF THE LOW LIFE IS READING THIS GOOD LUCK I GOT MY YELLOW TAPE AND CHALK .HEY GUYS DROP A LINE TO SUNSET CABINS SAY HI TO BUD... WISH HIM WELL GET BETTER SOON.

Hey Tony..sorry to hear about your stuff...I just heard about the thefts taking place in the area a few days ago...I live just a few houses away from Sunset cabins,and have family on big island as well...I'll say hello to Bud and keep my ears open for any fishing tackle for sale cheap....Stay well..Netter

Same here Dude, stayed at the Tip of the bay in Picton, that dock is a tackle haven for the rotten bastards who insist in going down after dusk. It is a problem, what happened to the day when you could fish without some slimeball rippin your boat. We even had wallies taken from our livewells!!! Wouldn't ya just love to catch the bastards with their heads down in your boat and their ass in the air. The prick might hit the ground in Kingston. Word to the wise, don't leave anything in your boat... not even a fish in the livewell.
