I saw a guy trolling on Hay Bay this weekend, and was curious as to what it would be that he was trolling for? I know that crappie and perch are open, but surly there are better methods to catch them than trolling? Do trout ever come into Hay Bay?

Not likely trout. Bows would be way up the tribs by now. Lakers are not in bay. Seems shady to me
