Finkle's is now open. Careful in the area though, there is still some floating ice nearby to the east.

wow look how high the water is....

i've seen the top of the dock higher than me out of the water...and I'm 6'.

Yup look at the grate. Barely out of the water at all. Usually it's a good 2-3 feet out.
