Well boys and girls we are under a week now. Next week at this time the board will likely be cemented. Atleast the top 3 anyways.

So the question is.. How much is it gonna take to be #1 this year?

My guess is 13.5 lbs

I'm thinkin you're going to need a 10.5 just to make top 10. Anyone know current water temps

Last year's first place winner was 11.5 but last fall a lot of 12 - 15 pounders were caught around the time of the final tournament in Nov. My biggest last fall was 12.10. So I think there should be some nice fish weighed in this year.. A few days ago water temps were 44%.

As much as I'd like to see "lots of 15's" I just don't think it will happen. That's an extremely rare fish and most fish will be post spawn by sat.
