Got out on Monday evening for about three hours, fished close to Bayview Resort Shoal. Got Two small eyes (13' & 14") using a Thin Fin Shad. Hit another with a spinner and worm combo that was 16", One for the fridge.

Was out again on Tuesday morning (after the soccer game) with my wife and headed to the flats at the east end of the bay. Caught one my smallest ever - 7 1/2" on a Thin Fin Shad, then hit a 17" eye with thick shoulders and very plump on a Thin Fin Shad - another for the fridge. Met some other boats up there who were getting some fish also. I hooked and lost a bass on the Thin Fin and a friend hit one further up the bay in the shallows beyond Wapoos Is. that was about 3 lbs.

Trolling back closer to the north shore but in the major weed beds, I hit a 24" pike on the the Thin Fin. Of course we caught our share of perch and sunfish.

Was out again Tuesday evening and fished in front of Bayview, had one about 12" on a Thin Fin Shad.

Fishing is better from what I can hear from other fishers, not a lot of fsh in the 19" - 25" slot, but many fish for the pan.

Will be taking the a week from off from fishing , but will get back on the 8th & 9th of July.

Tight Lines and lots of luck to the Bassers on the weekend.
