As some of you know Navionics has a new process called SonarCharts that lets users upload sonar logs to Navionics.com within a few days Navionics generates/updates charts using this data. Very exciting for those of us that live on lakes that are not charted or are poorly charted.

Navionics now accepts multiple formats of sonar logs as contributions to SonarCharts™. This includes Humminbird (DAT and GPX on all models, ION and Onix compatible within summer), Lowrance (GPX), Raymarine (SDF, GPX, NMEA), Simrad (GPX), and Garmin (ADM).
