anyone know what the deal is with the old rickety docks just off to the left hand side of the very east end of john counter blvd. Saw someone fishing there the other day, but wasn't sure if it was trespassing or not...anyone know where I mean?

That used to be a marina, but I haven't looked at it in a while. Don't know if it is still operating.

Must be private property.

Used to belong to Peter Music a well known Kingston boat builder. My dad kept his boat thier when I was a kid.

Fished once here about 3 weeks ago, then headed there this sunday because I thought it would be the perfect place for my new soft body top water frog....all old docks are ripped up....was quite disappointed!!

the road literally turns into a boat launch and as far as i know one could launch a boat from there and park on the road could they not?

Just insure that you don't block the road and you should be ok to launch there.

Very shallow for a long way from shore.
