Laker John and I fished in the Legends of Perfect Vue Derby on Saturday, Started with a shotgun at 0700, we were fishing withing 20 mins and had two fish inside the first 15 minutes, we're gonna fill the boat today.........
It was a four fish entry with nothing over 24 inches, we had four fish by 10AM and kept fishing until 1215 whne we landed a fifth, it was only 17.5 inches.
We entered our four at the weighin and totaled 10.8lbs, we were down the list.
At the Lunch, the winning weighs were announced and the winner had 15.8lbs (nice fish).
The organizers did a great job with the food and the emcee was in fine form (Good Job Bob), many great prizes including three charters.
Once again Perfect Vue had a great derby - thanks for your hospitality.
