Does anyone on here have a 2014 predator model 2010 with a 225 pro xs rigged to do more than 56-57 mph?
I have a 21 pitch tempest plus prop and wonder if a 19 will give me 60?

What are your rpm's at wide open throttle with the 21?

Mid summer @5900 is too high(assuming your tach is right). Once cooler temps hit you will hit the rev limiter with the 21" .

A 4-blade will usually be one pitch higher, so what you've said makes sense.

Go to a bigger prop. 22"/23" tempest . Your dealer should be able to help you out .

This is one of them and I would of liked to see u if u were going to make a post on my thread make a helpful one as u should be able to help with this problem if anyone??

No Problem Paul, the Fury will gove you better hole shot and rough water handling, the speed trade off is minuscule...

Of course a worked 23 Tempest Plus will give you the best top end but the sacrifice is going to be cavitation in rough water.

If bow lift is not an issue with the 4 blade you may want to try a 24 pitch Trophy....
