Quinte Fishing

Does anybody fish staging kings around the mouth of Mill Haven creek or anywhere else around Kingston? I know MH creek gets a small run of salmon and figured I could save myself a drive to Port Hope I don't want your secret spot or secret bait just don't want to waste a day searching for fish that aren't there
