The bite is pretty good out of Oswego. We went 12 for 17 today. Meat rigs worked well and some flasher/fly combos that always produce fish.

Nice haul Mike. That doesn't look like the new boat though, you don't want to get it dirty yet? :)

You got my wondering though, when or even if do salmon taste different as they get closer to spawning time and start to turn dark?

Yes that was my buddies boat. Mine is still being rigged to my liking. Tracks, riggers, planer trees, ki ker motor installation. Although we have had her out on the local waters doing some keep the fiance and dog happy excursions :)
