Hey folks, it's a rainy Sunday out there, so rather than being out on the water, I started browsing the internet and stumbled across this site. So here's a little about myself:

I'm a Belleville local, born and raised. I've always enjoyed watching the shiny fishing boats going in and out of the water, so I finally buckled up and bought myself a 14ft aluminum with a beautiful 1970ish 9.9 a few weeks ago. I know, I know, you're jealous.

So I started fishing just in the last week on the BOQ between the bay bridge and point Anne. So far, I've caught a lot of salad. Just looking for any kind of tips you can give. I've tried trolling and casting. Tried spoon lures and crankbaits so far. Thanks for any advice you can give me.

Respectfully,

Z

Welcome aboard, decide what type of fish u want to target, then go to google with that info, there are lots of short clips that teach u tips on the different ways of targeting the species.
You tube clips are awesome
Cheers Rob
