I am hoping to book a fly-in or remote fishing lodge trip, ideally for big lakers and/or walleye. I'm thinking northern ontario/quebec. I'm interested to hear of any recommendations from anywhere some of you might have tried.

Check out Mike Borgers site, I'll post the link I have over 20 fly in reports there and there are many others as well as his fly in trip reports from all over Ontario.

If you have any questions about the trips I have taken feel free to message me anytime.

I have been to embarrass lake twice. great walleye and pike fishing. here is the link. http://www.kanipahow.com/wordpress/ This is a drive to remote lake near Chapleau. they have the only cabin on the lake. They have boats on five lakes close by. It has running water ( solar powered) propane fridges, lights and water heater. Best walleye fishing I have ever done.

Air Cochrane , I've been up with them twice . 300 + walleye in 3 days and pike until you can't cast anymore , they have at least about 20-25 lakes to choose from. From brook trout , walleye to pike .

Look up north superior charters at north superior.ca. It's amazing. U catch rainbows huge speckles white fish salmon and 100's of lake trout all with the same lure and location. U stay in remote cabins that are very well accomidated and looked after. Also short walk into walleye lake where u can limit out no problem at the far end with simple spinners. I have been twice. If u want more info let me know

Wow, that plummer's lodge looks like a dream come true! Pricey, but like you said probably the greatest fishing trip you could imagine. What was your total cost on the trip including travel?

Thanks Mike, I will have to check out those other places you mentioned too. It's great to get some feedback from people that have been to some of these remote fishing camps.
