Has anyone tried the Helli Hanson (spelling) floater suits. I was at L B's last night and had a look. They are right around the same price as the entry level Mustang but seem to be better made. The only thing I didn't like was that the hood was very small. This is better than the mustang where you have to pay $20 extra for the hood. Just curious, thanks for any feed back.

hey i have the helly hanson floater suit, they are really comfortable and they look great but the only problem is that they are not made with the strongest material. Both times i have usd them they have ripped on a seam. It cold be just me but that's what i have experienced

Go for the Nautilus, high fleece collars, extra padding on the knees and butt, not to mention neoprene cuffs. This is the lower-end model, and similarly priced as the Helly Hensen and Mustang.

FG28, it's gotta be you, I didn't have any issues when I wore it before you. I'll give Barlay's a call to see if there's warranty on them. Time to lose some weight off that big arse

u know I'm just kidding. Sorry that you can't join us on the 20th.

FG28, that was me if you were wondering.
Good luck this weekend on the perch. You might want to try the Belleville Pier this time of the year, I caught a few ice one there last year.
