Started around 8:00 am and fished a mile or so beyond the lighthouse. Not a bite until 2:00pm and then we landed 2 (slot fish) and lost another 2. All came on Dr. Death trolling with the wind. Also caught a small king about 6 lbs. When it hit we knew that it wasn't a walleye. It pulled the board immediately under water and crossed the other board. A mess for sure and a pleasant surprise.

Any photos of your King? That would've been a nice surprise when considering the alternative  ...a sheepshead :!:
