success yesterday! 1km off Wagers in 17fow, many hits starting 1600hrs or so. Partly cloudy, temp -9, slight breeze out of SE. Iced 2 1/2 lber at around 4:45 and 3 1/2 lber at around 5:00. Both on a med size silver sidewinder tipped with 2 med size muds. Brother iced a 2lber at about 5:15 on a gold side winder. He caught a 8lb pike the day before out further in 18fow.
So I can finally say that I was catching not fishing if you know how the saying goes. Wife still says that the price of walleye in the store is still cheaper but freezing my butt off out on the Bay is priceless!! :x

Nice, I'm with your Wife on the cheaper part, I guess if we add up all are equipment costs it would put fish from $100 to $1000 per pound. In too deep now and if I stay on the water I can't hear the wife LOL!

Cheers!
