Can anyone tell me the conditions on Picton bay ? basically the area around Picton Harbour and in front of the cement plant ? Im guessing the ice should be pretty good around there .
Next question does the area closer to ferry freeze up enough . Area of interst would be between Glen Island and Trumpour Point .

Location: Picton Bay
At least 8" of ice in Picton Bay where I am across from Golf Course, lots of perch fishermen out this past weekend.

There is enough ice for a walk in between Glen Island and Trumpour Point. The front of the cement plant and the midstream of Adolfus Reach is off limits - there is a freighter going back and forth between lake Ontario and the cement plant.
