Quinte Fishing

We headed out the reach saturday morning my dad and i and a buddy.
We were fishing by 700. Had our first fish on by 7:22. By 8:15 10 fish on the ice between the 3 of us all ranging up 2 lbs to 8.7 being our biggest, but our average size was 5lbers. Great eating fish.
We headed into the house had breakfast and then we headed back out to the reach around 3 in the afternoon. Just me and a buddy this time. Nothing till 4:45. Then boom. Well for me anyways. I personally caught 5 myself and my buddy lost 2. They all ranged from 2 to 6 lbs. It was definitely a solid saturday on the ice. Getting hard to ride the 4 wheelers out there on the bay. And with some kind of warmer days coming up i can see the slush spots also going to bring some problems getting out there.

Sounds like an awesome day right there.
