yea they break the wind real nice but if you make it bigger I would maybe go with cedar its a lot lighter. i made one years ago and a couple for a few buddies of mine a when we all go to gather we would put them side by side and broke the wind for the kids then the clams came along and that was the end of those lol.

I built 1 similar years ago. The problem was every time you got up for something the wind blew it over. I used it once.
