Ice Quality at Sherman's?

Heading up tonight for weekend fish. Just wondering if conditions have changed. Ice was good last weekend but with snow cover etc any info helpful. Just don't want to be a statistic.

Will be starting at Sherman's then heading towards mouth of Long Reach I believe it's called.

Lots of ice and quite a bit of snow there on Monday, no slush either. We were straight across from the launch

Thanks. Saw a few guys there last weekend. One set of guys from our group tried there in the afternoon. Very slow one mark and bite.
