Drove up from hamilton yesterday, parked and launched from down near the end of Manley Dr. (Pt. Anne). We were fishing out near the red bouy in Big Bay and took a few rides down towards Deseronto and back. If anyone Comes across a black skidoo toolkit in your travels could you please let me know?

Thanks,
Bryan

Sorry for the late reply. The route we took out was fine, and the pressure crack seemed solid with lots of places to cross. On the way back I took a more direct route back and didn't follow my GPS track close enough, and ran into a big area of slush. Probably about 250m. on the way back to the truck, the GPS batteries died, probably due to the cold, and I had to start it again. I marked in red/white diagonal lines about where i think the slush was. It was deep, and with me and my buddy, and our clam yukon, I had to have it pinned to make it through.

Sorry for the loss of your tools. How did you produce those maps?

This was our first time at Pt. Anne, we usually try to leave earlier and drive out to the farm. We were running a bit late and decided to try and save some time. We turned right and saw the ice access and a parking spot so we decided to stop there.

It's the mapsource software that came with my Garmin handheld GPS. The map it's self is Ibycus Topo 4.0. I use BlueChart maps when out on the water/ice.
