Fished Tuesday and Wenesday. The first day we hung around the ferry, caught a 7# and lost 2. Wenesday ran out past the lighthouse. Fished 100-130 feet of water . Fire tiger thunderstick deep 200 feet back took a 14# beauty. Rouge in gold and black with orange belly took a 8#. Moved into Thompson's area toward the cement plant. Clown husky jerk deep 175 feet back nailed a 13# in 30 feet of water. Enjoyed my first trip to Quinte. Planning to come back in another week. the guys I spoke to at the launch told me the colder it gets, the better the fishing. Tight lines.
