ICE OUT ON BOQ?

Was at launch at Pointe Ann this morning, there is ice from shore to shore. Only water I saw was from
Minnie Blakey shoal west towards Bellville.

Well now, with the amount of rain, warmer weather and high wind, I think my date of the 20th is way to late.

Now I am wishing sooner so the water will stabilize by opening. Counting the days.

Ice is totally gone in front of my place it all left overnight. All open water from foresters island to Napanee river

So looks like April 15th was ice out. Boy it went a lot faster then I thought. Now 2 weeks to settle/warm up and good to go.

These pics were taken on Monday going over the bay bridge , no ice to be seen anywhere. I even saw a sailboat out yesterday around Belleville. .
