just noticed some oil coming from my prop, does this mean seals are done and does anyone know if these seals are part of replacing seals in the lower unit.

Piece of cake. Take the prop off and there are 2 bolts top and bottom of prop shaft. There are 2 seals in there. 1 big o-ring and a prop shaft seal. Won't be much $$ to fix. 2 new seals and some gear oil. You most likely got some braid in the prop. Braid ain't good for them seals.
