Fished this morning at ram island casting crankbaits around the weeds there but no love. Lots of boats draging spinners and worms but didn't see any nets scooping fish. Jumped up to the pack of boats fishing in front of perfect Vue and tried the bottom bouncers ...zip. Saw a few fish netted. Jumped up again to Sherman point and caught 5 trolling there to Thompson's. Everything came on a chartreuse lucky strike vector spinner with a 1/2oz keel weight. 80 ft back speed 1.5-1.8. Fish were around 3 lbs. Water temp sure had cooled back down from the 70 I saw last weekend. It was 62.

Nicet to see some fish information for a change on this board. Most fisherman don't want specific information on fish

locations just some good reports like this . We could all do better on the reports just sayin!!!!!!!

I can add my two cents worth. We have been out twice today, four eyes 18" to 25" all on worm harness pink green mix. 25" er hit next to red bouy Sherman point. Others around Ram Island.
If ever boat at the island caught one there may not be any left.
See what tomorrow brings.

Sunday, fished the mouth of the Trent river, nothing, saw no fish being netted. Drove over to yacht club island, nothing, no marks, tried along south shore, no marks. Went up Murray canal caught a 12 lbs pike under carrying place bridge, no walleyes, drove up to west bridge, 1 walleye 18" 5 boats trolling no action. A guy fishing from shore said they were catching them from the point out to the light house in Brighton bay so away I went. Several boats scattered about didn't see any net action. Using a bottom bouncer and everything in my arsenal, caught the walleye on a blue rappala. It's a slow season. I got a week off and any kind of fishing is better than working.
