Quinte Fishing

Hey guys any help be great , looking to get out on the lake just to check it out never been out there that way before. If anyone knows how to get to wapoos boat launch that be great , really appreciate it. Also is there any good fishing out there this time of year and if so what species of fish.. Thanks

If I am correct the boat launch is at the marina. So it depends on where you are coming from. As for fish species this time of year, if you head out further into the lake, probably pick up trout. In and around Wapoos, Smith Bay, just to to the right when looking out to the lake, you'll find good pike fishing. Not much else open at this time until bass season- unless you are going for panfish. Is there something specific you are looking for? or are you limited to Wapoos only?
