thing about traveling from the valley to Kingston, picking up my son and heading to Hay Bay Church Launch,,
guy's, can anyone launch there boat there and is there parking?? and fee or free

Lots of water right now, free parking. Usually enough space for all unless a bass tournament is on. I have always found it a good place to launch. Late summer/ fall the water does drop, hard to get even a 12 foot tinny in then.
