Another update and this one is just to say I've been hit with a gag order and can't say anything except it's been settled.

of course you were.

just imagine if they could hit all the upset anglers with gag orders....

that's ok...just mentioning as much as you possibly can that you hit an out of court settlement, and how you did it, should be enough to help out the hundreds of upset anglers....

you don't need to provide specifics of your case.

Hi everyone, could somebody give me some assistance?

I'm wondering if there is a class action lawsuit going on against Tracker? It sort of sounded like it when somebody posted about seeing somebody else's name on a list of Ontario lawsuits. I've recently had a hull issue with my Tracker and I'm looking for some guidance.
