I took my cousin out for a troll today around the Bonett !! We did well and went 7/8 in 3 1/2 hours with the biggest being 27 and 23 pounds . Dypsey meat twinky rig did the work today on 1 1/2 and 200 back . And naked spoon 85 back was getten a workout as well !!
PS - if you find a orange planner board out there floating around it was mine !! I was netting a fish and heard a reel screaming and looked at my lead core rod and it was just pulling drag , then snap and the braid backing broke and the board and lead core were gone. By the time I marked a way point and got turned around we could not find anything! but a few boats were around , so hoping somebody found it !!
