looking for a Walleye Charter for Friday, Nov 6, 2015 for 4. Problem is that we can't leave until noon and every charter I find is a full day only. Any suggestions? tks.

A few of those will do half days. nov 6 is prime time and it's hard for a charter guy to lose a full days income for a half day trip as your overhead is a exactly the same on a half day trip as a full day trip. If they can get a morning trip and then an afternoon trip it may be worth it. So just call those guys and see if you get lucky.

I live on Picton Bay and watch the Charter Captains on this board haul in big fish for their clients every November and into December weather permitting. If you are serious about walleye fishing on a Friday during "Prime Time", if the good ones even let you - pony up and pay for a full day in advance even if you show up around Noon. These guys go out every single day during Fall - rain, shine or snow. They will put you on the fish, and keep you safe and in comfort doing so.

Book a full day and perhaps you can get out a little earlier than noon. Just my opinion. When you are dividing costs between four people it is very minimal between full and half day charters.
