It is getting to be that special time of year. But I haven't seen any water temp reports. Is it starting to cool down out in the big lake and reach yet?

I think this year me and the boys are waiting until mid November before we go deep in the reach.

I am looking forward to the reports coming up.

Was 1/2 way down the reach towards the gap 2 days ago and the water was green with temps of 74F. Gonna be a while.

Well I see that a few of you have been out there. Still not much happening eh ? I will be at the trailer in two weeks, think I will troll around Big Bay for a while. Then I hope things start to change out in the reach for late November.

Out at 7:30 jigged until 10:30 this morning Oct.5 temp of water was 57.9 caught 2 Walleye lost 1.

friends up there now (October 4th) reported temps still in the 60's in the reach.

Not same water body, but was in Stoco yesterday 57F, last week it was 68F... dropping pretty quickly.
