I have never fished walleye on BOQ in the fall, do they have a migration route? Generally stay deep near baitfish? What structures should I fish or open water? I'm looking for some general areas to troll or jig that may be holding fish this time of year, my dad would like to go. Thanks!

The walleye usually follow the shad migration from the main lake and come in through Adolphus reach. At the moment the walleye are mostly in the area between the upper gap and Glenora ferry and will ususally suspend over deep water and trolling crank baits like TD11's and reefrunners etc. are the top choice off in-line planers boards. As the season move on into late November and December they will move further into the bay and jigging for walleye will become more productive. Watch the board for updates and reports to get an idea of where the fish are holding.
