This fall walleye season has been an absolute blast and it still isn't over! I have to admit it's been a tough bite, but time on the water (sun up till sun down) and persistence pays off!
This picture is of myself and my buddy Rob G. when we doubled up on 12 pounders.
Here's a look at my 12 pounder.
Here's a look at Rob G.'s 12 pounder.
This one is of my girlfriend Melissa C.'s 10 pounder. When she fishes with me she tends to out fish me...but we will keep that between us haha.
11.7 pounder caught on a dark and chilly morning.
This one just couldn't say no to the Rapala Tail Dancer!
Rob G. and I in the tin can releasing a respectable walleye.
This isn't a walleye but it's a football of a smallie!
While myself and 2 other buddies were fishing with Jeff C, a new personal best for my buddy Rob F. was caught weighing 13.8 pounds!
When you thought it couldn't get any better, this happened 10 minutes later. Rob F. beats his personal best with a 15 pound even!
Epic day with wicked awsome friends and unreal fishing!
The very next day I fished out of my 14' tin can and started the morning with this 9 pounder.
Rob G. following up with another 9 pounder.
Rob G. and I were happy with the back to back 9 pounders but this 13 pound even decided to join us on the top side. A quick picture and she was released back into the Bay for the rest of you to enjoy!
I hope everyone is having a good fall so far. Stay safe out there and we will see you on the water! I won't say the word "ice" just yet!
