I must admit I am a big fan of the warm weather but I can't help but wonder about the water levels this spring.

Projections suggest 2016 spring levels to be around or slightly above spring 2015.

I can't see it happening unless we get a heavy snowfall in the last part of winter, I was wondering the same thing
