I like my Baffin Titans. I always wrap my pant leg around my leg and pull my socks over top so my socks don't end up in a ball at the end of my toe while I am walking.

I own Irish Setter 1200 gram rubbers that are 17" tall and the Mrs. owns a pair of LaCrosse 1600 gram that are 17" tall aswell. Both very warm and comfortable. Good tread on them and they have a molded heal in them so they don't slip when you walk. Tall enough so you stay dry while cutting a hole or stepping in slush. The frabill cleats work well on both of them too.

I wear Irish Setter as well, Snow Tracker Pac 1400 Gram 12" , great boot, never been wet inside yet even after all the slush we've had in the past few years, comfortable but a little heavy. Use a cheap pair of cleats from CT, easy on and off and if they rip I get another pair for $10 (cleats).

Im with the magician I have the same boot and never any issues with wet or cold, only problem is they hug your ankle really snug so sometimes tough to get off.

Really tough to get off if your socks are damp from sweating haha. Never ever put your foot in them with no socks on. You'll never get them off....trust me I know haha

Baffin Evolutions...awesome boots...last year stepped in my 10inch hole...complete soaker but still stayed warm...they fit like a glove but aren't hard to take off like those ankle huggers...walking in these is super comfortable too since that's how I get around on the ice....rated for -70C/-94F and only weigh in at 2.5lbs per boot...had them delivered in 3 days

One other thing regardless of what boot you chose is to always pull the liner out to dry from sweat. They work much better when dry than damp

I have had Kamik, went to Baffin's and love them, a little bulky but better than cold wet feet. Can't comment on the Irish Setter as this is the first I have heard of them.

X2 on the muck Arctic pro boot. Had them 4 seasons now, beat the hell out of them, stepped in water far up my calf and never got wet. I walk a lot and these are warm, light and super comfortable. No sweating in these boots at all, even in fall/spring wearing them for non ice fishing. Can't say enough good things about them

Never heard of Baffin boots till reading about them here. Need to get new boots soon, my old sorels (about 15 yrs old) are starting to weather crack. Baffins really look nice. Read some of the reviews and they're a little mixed. A few of them have completely separated from the soles! Has this happened to anyone here?
