Fished huffs today 6-11:30. Ice is not good, 4" of soft crappy ice. Spud went through in 2 hits in some places. Lots of people out, hardly any spudding. Be careful out there guys! I didn't catch anything. 4 guys managed 2 dink walleye and a surprise whitefish!

I guess it depends which way you go from the ramp. Right we found 4.5-5" good solid ice, left towards Sherman's we found 4" of mixed ice 3" of black though. We're fishing 28-32'.

me and my son spudded straight out into 28 fow from noon till 3 and we landed 2 one nice eater and one went back to grow.we found 4 good inches and a couple inches of white,hopefully it will gain for the weekend.
