Quinte Fishing

I have been trying to get out to the bay for the last four weekends and now that the planets have finaly aligned allowing me to get out tomorrow
I am hearing that all the ramps are iced in.

Can anybody advise on an access point that is not iced in.

We used to use rocks tied to ropes to clear out the bottom of the Wilmot R for a mid winter fish, but there was only a couple inches of ice there.

What about axes and anchors, i've just gotta fish. One more trip before the boat gets stored !

Any advice would be appreciated !
