I have fished Bark lake a few times but never on the ice. The southern most point at the end of papineau lake Rd is great for smallies especially up the west shore and further up at the narrows has been super good for night eyes. I always wondered about ice lakers and eyes but I'm guessing you'd need to know the spots to get them. It's a big lake, too big to just guess because it's also a long drive. Any tips on where to put some holes would be greatly appreciated. It's too far to go to get skunked.

Never knew there were specks in bark lake after all these years. Live and learn.
