Went down this morning to see how far we could get the hut out.

Down in the cable it varies badly. There could be 8" in spot the. Up to 2" in another. Where the ice didn't go out there is 3" to 5". But where there was some open holes. There is 2" max on them. We drilled and measured about 20 holes this morning. Making sure checking a lot. Definitely a spud still in hand checking the ice but positive could get out and sit and fish. That saying it was very frigid cold out doing so and the ice has to be getting thicker as the time goes this weekend
